I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless – I especially appreciated the clean bathrooms and dust-free surfaces. The location was surprisingly quiet, even though it's close to a busy street. Thanks to the blackout curtains and the very well insulated walls, I got a decent night's sleep. The only suggestion I have is that the bed in our room seemed a bit worn and could be replaced soon. (If the bed were updated I'm sure I would've slept like a baby) Overall, I felt it was good value for money and would gladly return.

I'd heard to stay at the choice hotels when I am traveling on business.I found this one in lee's summit.Missouri and it did not disappoint. They have a pool whirlpool, workout room business center conference room free breakfast in the morning.The bed was comfortable.The rooms were clean and I enjoyed my two night stay.

Okay, so here is my take on the place so far. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels. This place I was leary about at first because of the reviews, but I have not seen anything as bad as what the reviews say. I booked the place on Agooda and only paid $52 a night. The room is not bad at all, everything works very good, even has a coffee pot, etc. Everything a much higher priced room has, the room had no offense odor, the sheets are clean, etc. I did do some additional cleaning/disinfecting, but I do that everywhere. The lobby is very nice, nicer than I expected it would be, the place is quiet, no sketchy people running around, and the staff was very friendly. The location is awesome. My Bottom line is this, I have paid way more for rooms, that we're way worse than this, high end places. The outside property is clean and nice, really, I just feel that the maids should do a bit more of a better job. The room would have gotten 5 stars if just a bit better.

Having never before been here I was impressed by how well maintained the property was. They just finished paving their lot but still has room for people to park. My room was clean and comfortable. Bed was firm. I had a mini fridge, microwave and nice sized TV. Breakfast was good. In my opinion this was a good substitute for the hotel I first looked at but was told they were full up.

Low water pressure on first floor due to water line tie in to washers. Other than that, great place to stay. I stay here often when needed. Comfortable, clean, and worth the price 100%. I choose Quality Inn over Econolodge.
